This website is funded and managed by The Friends of the Town of Chester Public Library, a non-profit organization dedicated to raising funds to supplement the budget of the Town of Chester Public Library. The Friends of the Library uses proceeds from fund raising events and membership fees to host educational events, provide programming for children, and to purchase books, periodicals and equipment for the library.
Funded by the Friends of the Library, hoopla is a groundbreaking digital media service that allows patrons to borrow movies, music, audiobooks, ebooks, comics and TV shows to enjoy on computers, tablets, or phones – and even TVs! Titles can be streamed immediately, or downloaded for offline enjoyment later. There are hundreds of thousands of titles to choose from, with more being added daily. Hoopla is like having your public library at your fingertips. Anytime. Anywhere.
